We are looking for an Opportunity and Diversity Markets Recruiting Manager to join the National Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion Team.
A successful Opportunity and Diversity Markets Recruiting Manager will collaborate with regional and branch management, along with internal HQ teams to develop and manage several critical programs that drive recruitment for key market segments. Some of these initiatives include: (1) strategic planning and management of diversity and new markets recruiting programs (2) lead for training programs and consultant to local management teams on diversity recruiting efforts (3) recruiter and sourcer for diverse and new market recruiting candidates. The ideal candidate will have work experience with managing enterprise-wide programs, training, reporting and strategic planning.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with HR Diversity and Inclusion team to achieve broader Business Principle objectives on diversity and inclusion
- Actively sources and screens candidates for the financial professional opportunity
- Attends recruitment fairs and in-person events for candidate sourcing and recruitment
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners including diversity committees and chairpersons, Old Guard committees, target-segment organizations
- Supports management of annual Diversity Summits and other diversity and inclusion events - creating agenda, partnering with Conference Operations on location and conference logistics
- Contribute to the development of diversity-related content (recruiting materials and in-language key client materials)
- Develop and deliver diversity recruitment training programs and materials for national adoption
- Document and share best practices for diversity and new marketing recruiting
We would like the candidates to have the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, high visibility role
- Strong decision-making skills
- Demonstrated commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion
- Proven work experience in operations and/or project management
- 5 years' work experience in and training, diversity and inclusion, or program-management role
- Multilingual, bilingual English-Spanish
- Experience training, coaching leadership teams and staff
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services Industry is a plus
- Multilingual is a plus to include English, Spanish, and Creole
